Toyoda Gosei Rubber (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. (TGRT) is the country’s leading industry engaged in the manufacturer of premium quality rubber parts, body sealing & functional parts used for cars assembling. Included on the company’s list of customers are big name of car assembly like TOYOTA, ISUZU ,HONDA ,MITSUBISHI ,FORD and MAZDA.
Now we are looking for qualified candidates who process good coordination and communication skill, result and team oriented, self motivated and challenging plus aggressive distributes to join in the following positions :
HRD Section Manager 1 Position
Responsibilities :
• Establishes an in-house and external, employee training system, training
needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact,
and training transfer.
• Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees,
plan develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences and workshop.
• Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs
• For compliance with government standards (skill and development)
Management budget for department or organization
Qualifications :
• Male
• Age 30 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Personnel Management, Business Management, Social Sciences or related field
• Have experience work with Japanese company will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of TRM, Training, Career Path, Expense Management, Company policy
• Leadership, Pro-active with negotiable
• Good command of English and Microsoft office
Production Section Manager 1 Position
Responsibilities
• Improvement process in the production lines to increase productivity .
• Customer orders are scheduled and produced and able to delivered all items in full on time
• To be responsive and proactive with customer requests i.e. seek all necessary supports from people within the organization in response to customer requests
Qualifications :
• Male, Age 30 - 35 years old
• Thai Nationality. Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience over 5 years in related field
• Special ability good command in English and computer
• Has knowledge of manufacturing activity ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001.
• Process a good initiative ,coordinating ,positive thinking hard working and self-motivated.
Engineering 3 Position
Responsibilities :
• Define new machine and tool preparation plan for new parts.
• Source and direct qualified vendors to produce high quality machine & tool ,on budget and schedule.
• Control process for trial to ensure new machine & tool is produced to meet acceptable of the Company standard.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plan for electric system.
• Check and maintain electrical system in machine and other electric equipment follow to the PM. plan.
Qualifications :
• Thai Nationality .Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 0-3 years experience in energy saving or installation machines and tooling preparation for a new product.
• Have knowledge in design program including Auto Cad.
• Can communicate both written & spoken in English would be preferred.
• Process a good leadership and management skill.
