To support our expansion, we urgently require a high caliber person to fill the position of;
1. Purchasing Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Related field.
At least 5 years experience in Purchasing for construction.
Good command both on spoken and written in English language.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Architect
Qualifications:
· Male or Female, Thai nationality
· Bachelor in Architecture
· At least 2 years experience in Housing, Condominium
· MS Office, AutoCAD
Job Description:
· Architectural Design & Supervision
· 3D Presentation, Sketch up and 3D Max
3. Foreman / Surveyor
Qualifications:
Diploma (Construction/Survey)
At least 3 year experience in Foreman for construction
4. Sales Executive
Qualifications:
Male or Female, Thai nationality
Good command in English.
Experience in sales. (preferably real estate)
An advantage. If you know Pattaya.
· Fixed Salary + Commission. High salary for the right candidate. Your skills will determine what you make every month.
5. Cost Control
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Related field.
At least 2 years experience in costing for construction.
6. พนักงานทำความสะอาด

เพศ ชาย/หญิง
อายุ 20-35 ปี
ประสบการณ์ ทำความสะอาดห้องพัก/โรงแรม 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
7. ช่างซ่อมบำรุง
คุณสมบัติ
วุฒิ ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขา เครื่องกล, ช่างยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ซ่อมเครื่องปรับอากาศ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
8. Waiter/Waitress
Qualifications:
Good command in English.
Experience in service.
Age 20 years up.
Can use computer to order.
Good Salary.
